Please join me in giving a warm welcome to Mary Frusolone, our new Manager of Engineering!
Mary brings experience and a deep passion for engineering, and we are excited to have her join the team. Beyond her professional expertise, she has a fascinating background and unique interests.
Mary loves spending time with her family, volunteering in her community, and collecting vintage décor, especially Depression Glass. Her passion for preserving history began 18 months ago when her mom unexpectedly passed away. Her mom was an avid collector. Mary keeps her memory alive with her own “glass room” at home, filled with pieces over 100 years old.
Speaking of home, Mary and her husband, Rob, have three sons, Anthony, Daniel, and Dominic—who they affectionately call Small, Medium, and Large (or 1, 2, and 3). They also share their home with Mary’s dad, Mike, and an unexpected but very cool pet—a Ball Python named Frederic!
A couple of fun facts about Mary:
- She is an identical twin, older than her sister Margaret by just four minutes.
- She has served as an elected Village Trustee in Carol Stream, IL, for nearly 15 years, giving back to the community that welcomed her family two decades ago.
When asked about the best advice she’s ever received, Mary said, “Look for a victory, even the smallest ones, every day. It helps on your toughest day and makes your best days even more special.”
Mary is most grateful to her three boys, who have made motherhood an awe-inspiring experience. She cherishes Sunday family days when Anthony visits weekly, and Daniel makes the trip from Wisconsin whenever possible.
We are thrilled to have Mary as part of our team. Please take a moment to say hello and welcome her aboard!
Welcome, Mary!
