Robotic Welding Services
Our automated robotic welding uses a robotic welding arm (robot) to perform the welding process. These machines are ideal in situations where numerous amounts of welds are needed to be completed quickly.
Alliance Fabrication and Manufacturing is a full-service fabricator and manufacturer dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and superior product quality at competitive costs.
Robotic Welding Equipment
Alliance Fabrication and Manufacturing has multiple cells equipped with Fanuc Arc Mate Robots, Fronius TPSi 500 power supplies with CMT, dual workstations with an H-type positioner (rotary axis), an Amada ID40IV HPNT Press Type Spot Welder, and a Bluco Table with a Fixture System. These capabilities allow us to produce complex weldments in a variety of sizes.
Our Fanuc Arc Mate robots are high–speed units capable of welding large parts and are programmed offline.
More capabilities and capacities include:
- Flexibility – with six-axis
- Accurate and consistent welds
- High productivity
An H - Type Positioner is a reliable and rigid structure with three rotational axes creating high flexibility. This robotic welding solution is efficient in manufacturing spaces with high production cycles.
Offline Robotic Programming
Alliance Fabrication and Manufacturing's commitment to offline programming our robotic systems increase our velocity from order to production. In addition, our quick change fixturing enhances the range of part volumes we can produce.
Offline Robotic Programming allows the welding cell to be programmed at a computer vs. the typical setup time of programming on the shop floor, thus increasing productivity and allowing for robotic welding of lower volume weldments.
This software can also simulate multiple scenarios before the run, identifying mistakes and maximizing production.
- Conducting reach studies
- Optimizing weld path creation and performing cycle time analysis
- Virtual simulation of weld sequence and detecting potential collisions before fixture build
Benefits of Robotic Welding
Alliance Fabrication and Manufacturing understand the importance of maximizing our customers’ time and outsourced spending.
With the advancements in technology and our highly trained staff, our customers can benefit from these advantages:
- Lower Production Costs
- Higher Output
- Weld Quality
- Less Waste
- Repeatability
