The Loewer DiscMaster 4TD-1500 is a German-engineered deburring and edge-rounding system designed to handle steel, aluminum, and stainless steel with unmatched efficiency.

Its oscillating abrasive discs remove burrs, oxidation, and sharp edges, while providing smooth, uniform finishes on both flat surfaces and complex contours.

The DiscMaster is built for high-volume precision and consistency:

1. Workpiece Transportation
   A high-friction conveyor belt moves parts through the machine. For small steel parts, a magnetic track secures them during processing.
2. Transversal Disc Units
   Multiple abrasive discs rotate and oscillate across the width of the workpiece. This ensures complete edge coverage from all angles without requiring repositioning of parts.
3. Deburring & Edge Rounding
   Aggressive abrasives remove heavy burrs left by laser or plasma cutting, finer discs with smooth, rounded edges for safer handling and improved coating adhesion.
4. Uniform Results
   Transversal and oscillating movements prevent uneven wear and guarantee consistent finishing even on small, detailed parts.
5. Optional Finishing Tools
   With add-on tools like the patented OrbitalDisc, the machine can create a non-directional finish that hides scratches and produces a premium surface appearance.
