Custom Laser Cutting Services
At Alliance Fabrication and Manufacturing, we have multiple fiber lasers from 6kW to 15 kW. These various lasers can process up to 1.00” thick mild steel with a maximum sheet size of 60" x 120".
As a result, each laser (6kW—15Kw) provides enhanced cutting quality while maintaining tighter tolerances and efficiency. Our state-of-the-art laser systems enable us to cut material thicknesses ranging from .0299" to 1.00”.
Each fiber laser delivers a minimal cutting kerf, thus maximizing cutting precision and accuracy. The result is enhanced cut quality and efficiency while producing a tight-tolerance product.
